研究方向:不对称催化合成、绿色制药技术与工艺

个人简介

博士,副教授,硕士生导师,楚天学子。现任三峡大学研究生院副院长,三峡大学人福生物医药研究院执行院长,三峡大学绿色制药技术与工艺研究中心主任。

2012年9月从日本回国到三峡大学生物与制药学院工作,建立绿色催化不对称合成研究组,以“绿色制药技术与工艺”为导向开展基础和应用研究。在基础研究方面,围绕不对称催化新体系和绿色合成新反应,开展有机合成方法学研究,如铁催化的碳氢键活化与转化,二芳基不饱和双键的不对称还原,手性缩胺、手性醇和手性杂环的催化不对称合成新策略等。在应用研究方面,紧密结合本地制药企业需求,合作开展绿色制药工艺的开发与应用。主持国家自然科学基金项目、省教育厅项目,以及企业横向合作项目7项。已在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Green Chem., Org. Lett., Adv. Synth. Catal., Org. Chem. Front., RSC Adv., Eur. J. Org. Chem.等国际期刊发表高水平SCI论文近30篇,以第一发明人申请发明专利16项,目前已授权4项。
